• The Havachon is a popular hybrid “designer” dog that is also known as Frise Havanese.  They are one of the most popular Bichon mixes and are a cross between a Bichon Frise and Havanese.

• They are small-sized dogs with a hypoallergenic coat that does not shed.  This is great for people who have allergies.

• The Havachon has a sweet temperament that makes them easy to handle and care for.

• They are known to be obedient, eager to please, fast learners, good watchdogs, non-aggressive, and gentle with children which makes them great family dogs.

• The Havachons have a highly intelligent mind which makes them easy to train but they also love learning new things. 

• They need exercise daily to keep them happy and healthy but also enjoy being active indoors playing games with their owners or other members of the family.

 

As a mixed breed, their appearance can vary depending on which parent they take after, but they generally share several common traits:

Height: 9 to 14 inches (tall, at the shoulder)

Weight: 10 to 16 pounds

Coat: They have a dense double coat that can be silky, curly, or wavy, and may be kept long or short.

Colors: Common coat colors include white, cream, grey, black, brown, silver, and blue, often in various combinations.

Shedding: They are considered hypoallergenic as they shed very little, making them suitable for many allergy sufferers.
