Ruthanne's Bichons stands behind the health and well-being of every puppy we place. Below is our health guarantee, ensuring your new family member is happy, healthy, and ready to thrive in their new home.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

 

At the time of this sale, this puppy is considered and being sold as, pet quality. The breeder, Ruthanne Miller, offers no guarantee that disqualifying faults will not arise at a later date which would make this puppy unsuitable for breeding or showing. There is no guarantee of the puppy’s ability to breed or whether the puppy will be show quality.

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of purchase. A document from our veterinarian stating the puppy is in good health is enclosed. He/she is up to date on their vaccinations and de-worming as of this date of sale and protected from disease until their next vaccination.

The buyer must bring this puppy to a quality veterinarian for a check-up within the first 72 hours of receiving this puppy to make this contract valid. If the puppy is declared in unacceptable health by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of the acceptance of the puppy by the new owner, he/she should issue a written statement of diagnosis, including a detailed description of all symptoms supporting that diagnosis, results of tests performed, and the reason why he/she feels the puppy is a health risk must be presented at the time the puppy is returned. Breeder is not responsible for any veterinary bills regardless of diagnosis.

We do not refund money; we replace the puppy with one of equal value from the same litter if available or another litter (may take up to one year), only if our veterinarian is in agreement with the diagnosis of your veterinarian.

Buyers’ Responsibilities

· Provide puppy with routine preventive care.

· Annual physical examinations by licensed veterinarian.

· Give all immunizations.

· Administer heart worm preventative monthly.

· Breeder is not responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the puppy.

· Breeder is not responsible for any transportation costs incurred in returning or replacing the puppy.

Buyer has full responsibility of all further costs and agrees to take good care of this puppy after accepting these terms, which includes, but not limited to, spending quality time with this puppy every day, providing a safe and stable home with high quality dog food, clean water, proper veterinary care as needed and lots of love.

It is also recommended that a better pet is made by having your new puppy spayed or neutered at or approximately six months of age.

A lot of care, time, and love have been given to this puppy prior to its adoption; PLEASE make sure you are willing to make the same commitment!

We will always take our puppy back and attempt to place it in a good, approved, responsible home if you find that you cannot keep this puppy for any reason. (Buyer would not be entitled to a refund / replacement of any kind.)

This contract applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable to a second party. This contract is null and void if any of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
